I'm a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer with a specialty in pre/post natal fitness. 

I'd LOVE to be part of your journey.

I struggled with my weight as a kid, a teen, and into adulthood. But when I finally studied fitness and nutrition deeply, everything changed.

Now, I help women like you break free—so you can finally feel strong, confident, and at peace in your body.
